SHIPPING
** In order to keep our prices affordable and competitive some orders will be sent out directly from our international manufacture warehouses; Some products we have in US warehouse will be mark as "US Fast Shipping" for US domestic order(s)
We take about 3-4 business days to process for domestic order(s) & 7-10 business days for international order(s). Once shipped most domestic orders take from 5-7 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please note arrive time might be delay because of holidays, weather and weekends.
Once the item has shipped from the suppliers or our warehouse location we will provide you with a conformation email for your tracking number.
ADDRESS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, we will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at rrroseboutique@gmail.com or through our contact form. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the POST OFFICE. Rose Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
